First Sunday faves of the new year and new decade!
The tree is down, the kids are about ready to head back to school on Tuesday and I’m trying to get the house in some sort of order ready for restarting working full time.
You may see a slight change to the way this blog is written. It will still be about natural wellness but I’m hoping to include more of my journey to restarting working full time.
I will write a new post about that soon. But for now…
This week’s Sunday Faves
I love houseplants but in our house, which is exceptionally dark, they never seem to thrive. So I’m determined to create a succulent garden somewhere in our home.
One great idea is to create a box garden, upcycling an old box into a garden. Over on Homeroad, they did exactly that and it looks amazing. I also love the ones set in driftwood too.
If you read my recent post on January Oils, you will know that I have a love for essential oils and use them daily. I follow a couple of blogs which share some amazing information as well as diffuser blends and natural beauty recipes.
One that shared a similar post to mine recently was Plant Therapy. They shared their mood-boosting oils and a couple of ideas on how to use them.
I don’t know about you but I like to catch up on blogs I’ve been following for a long time but don’t always read regularly at this time of the year. On such blog is from Kelle Hampton. I originally stumbled upon her site when she shared a Summer Bucket list a few years back.
Another thing I love to see is how everyone celebrates things differently. The blog post I am sharing today is how they celebrated Christmas as a family. It’s lovely seeing other families revel in the magic of this family-orientated season.
That’s it for this week, have a good one…
