Looking for a quick and cheap way to treat your feet? Why not give this simple yet effective foot soak a try and reap the rewards of silky smooth feet.

One area on our bodies that often gets overlooked is our feet. This is especially true during those long winter months. They’re wrapped up in socks and boots and neglected.

So the best way to treat them is to soak them and then smoother them with a rich cream. But many of the foot soaks available in the stores can be drying to the skin rather than nourishing.

This foot soak utilises the natural benefits of milk to moisturise and soothe tired, dried and cracked feet.

  1. Warm the milk slightly, mix in the Epsom salts and essential oil and add to a warm foot bath.
  2. Soak your feet for 20 minutes.
  3. Dry thoroughly and apply a foot cream.

Do not try this if you have any allergies, especially to milk or dairy. 

Always try a small area prior to applying everywhere to ensure no allergic reaction.

  1. Injust used a foot peeling mask recently and now I can’t even remove my socks without shedding skin. I would have seen this before doing it, but there’s always next time.
