Wow, May you were a roller coaster of a month.
The school year is starting to tail off ready for the summer holidays. My youngest sat his SATs this month and is now getting ready for the transition from primary to secondary school.
Heading into summer is a great feeling, it is the season of warmth and fun. I love the long days of summer when we have no plans and no time constraints, the kids can stay up late and grow without the steering hand of school to guide them.

Using herbs and being guided by the earth’s natural energies is more my type of witchcraft and this book explains a lot about this.
Sometimes no matter how many great movies are out at the cinema or on your preferred streaming platform, you just have to rewatch something. This month it was Practical Magic. I love this film and was flicking through the other Sunday afternoon after work and there it was. I want to set up a store like Verbena. One day…
